
OIMOBALL
The star on the menu are dumplings made of sweet potato, a Tokorozawa specialty food that is especially popular among women. A mixture of sweet potato and rice flour, bite-sized "oimoballs" come as sweets with whipped cream, fruit and sweet sauce, or floating in soup dishes such as minestrone or clam chowder. They are served in colorful and convenient cups that can easily be carried around for eating on the go. Try and create your own customized oimoball sweets with a topping of your choice!
