The museum now offers discounted fees for visitors with disabilities. Any person with a Physical/Mental Disability Certificate or Rehabilitation Certificate may purchase a day ticket at a 50% discount. Admission is free for up to one accompanying care person. Please present your certificate at the 2F General Information.

- Discounts are limited to day tickets. These are not available via the museum’s website.
- There are no disability discounts for the EJ Anime Museum (3F).
- Admission is free for one care person accompanying one disabled person each.
